Delivery Policy<\/h2>\n

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.<\/p>\n

Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and is dependent on geographical location.<\/p>\n

The delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from the time of order.<\/p>\n

Next business day delivery means that delivery will take place before\u00a05:00 pm\u00a0the following business day only once payment has been received.<\/p>\n

No Same day delivery<\/p>\n

Shipping takes 1-3 days and 7 days on remote areas<\/p>\n

Free shipping applies to those who purchase goods over R3000<\/p>\n

For all orders follow the below delivery estimates. Please note that these estimates are based on stock availability and are subject to the receipt of your payment in our bank account.<\/p>\n

Refund policy<\/h3>\n

Please ensure the cartridge you have purchased is correct before opening the packaging.
\nWe reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee or reject any return bought in error.
\nWe reserve the right to send cartridges for testing before swopping out.
\nUnused cartridges returned after 7 days will be subject to handling fee at our discretion<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n

For all products that have been properly ordered and delivered to the client, returning<\/p>\n

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.<\/p>\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

Refunds (if applicable)<\/strong>
\nOnce your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
\nIf you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)<\/strong>
\nIf you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
\nThen contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
\nNext contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
